How do you market properties to attract potential buyers?

How will you evaluate my home at the best price possible ?

Our valuation process involves a comprehensive analysis of various factors, including the property's location, size, condition, recent comparable sales in the area, current market trends, your current situation, timeframe and any unique features it may possess. By carefully considering these factors, we provide accurate and competitive pricing recommendations to our clients. We will also recommend some tips and manageable adaptations to maximize the value of your home in the eyes of the buyers.

What do you offer that is so different from other Real Estate brokers?

In my experience, I've noticed that my clients care about only two things, The price or to be more precise the amount of money they will be left with at the end of the sale, and the timeframe in which they need to sell the home within. I trust my competence so much that to show good faith I offer the option to cancel the sale contract after 30 or 60 days depending on the property type and the average days on the market of the area.

If you're not satisfied with the service, we cancel the agreement, no questions asked, that means I take all the risk of working on all the documents, spending money on professional photography and marketing.

How transparent are you?

100% full transparency! When we meet in person, you will know about every fee involved in the transaction, commission, contracts, price to sell the property etc... and if it's not exactly what you're looking for, it won't cost you a dime.

Do you take every listing?

Absolutely not! After our get together, either you will decide to work with me, or you won't or I will decide not to take the listing.

if the listing price is unrealistic and unreasonable I won't take the listing to simply have my sign on the yard, a lot of agents will take any listing even if it's overpriced to market themselves and get other clients through it, I don't work like that.

Depending on many factors, a property sale can be very profitable if done correctly but it's not a lottery win. If I know I won't be able to get you the price you're asking for, I will be upfront about it and walk away from the listing.

What if I get an offer that I don't like?

Putting your home on the market is not an offer or promise to sell that could bind the seller to the buyer, but an invitation to submit such offers or promises, meaning you don't have to accept any offer from buyers you don't feel comfortable with.
